Dauphin County security officer faces child pornography related charges

A Dauphin County security officer has been suspended without pay after being charged with sexual abuse, criminal solicitation, and communication with a minor.

Rickey Williams, 55, was charged after asking who he thought was a 14 year old to video herself going to the bathroom on the popular social media app, Snapchat.

Instead, Williams was speaking to an undercover police officer according to court documents.

William’s preliminary hearing is April 26, and he was released on an unsecured $2500 bond.
