Dillsburg family friendly event supports those impacted by cancer

5k supporting Radiant Hope at Paulus Mt. Airy Orchards in Dillsburg

Paulus Mt. Airy Orchards will celebrate the opening of this year’s strawberry season with a festival and 5k supporting Radiant Hope on June 12th from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Radiant Hope, a Christian 501(c)3, supports and encourages those who have been impacted by cancer.

Along with the 5k, there will be a festival with pick-your-own strawberries, craft vendors, food sampling, and live music. Kirk Wise will play from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Playland will be open on-site for a $5 per person admission fee.

To take part in the 5k, you can sign up here. Starting time for the 5k begins at 9 a.m.

Participation fees are $29.99 per adult and $24.99 for students of which Radiant Hope will receive a five-dollar donation for each 5k registration.

Participants who register by May 8th will receive a t-shirt and a medal.

Located in Dillsburg, there are over 150 acres of fruit trees, as well as pumpkins and blueberries. Dan and Karen Paulus purchased the orchard in 1999.
