Restaurant Review: Cheesecake Factory
5/5: wait time, cost worth the quality meal
October 13, 2021
On September 10th, my boyfriend and I ventured to the Cheesecake Factory at Towson Town Center for dinner.
Getting to the Cheesecake Factory was an adventure. As soon as we got off the beltway, Towson Town Center was only one stoplight away. The only parking was in this large parking garage. While not too far away from the mall entrance, it was quite far from the entrance to the Cheesecake Factory.
Once we got into the restaurant, there was a 30-minute wait. We could venture into the mall a little because the hostess offered to text us when our table was ready.
Once our table was ready, we received our drinks rather quickly. I ordered the strawberry lemonade, and it was amazing. It wasn’t too sweet or too bitter. It was delicious. The taste of the lemonade didn’t mask the taste of the strawberries, and the taste of the strawberries didn’t mask the taste of the lemonade. It was a perfect balance between the two flavor profiles.
We then ordered our food, and it came out fast, as well.
I ordered a filet mignon steak, mashed potatoes, and green beans. The first thing I noticed was that the food filled the entire plate, spreading out to the edges. I started out carving into my steak, to see if they cooked it correctly and the filet was a perfect medium-well. I’ve never ordered a filet mignon before, but I’d heard it was the best cut of steak.
When I took a bite, I expected the steak to be good. I was not disappointed; it was amazing. It melted into my mouth and was very juicy. The tenderness was just right. It was also a large steak, and for the first time in my life, I couldn’t finish my plate!
The potatoes and the green beans? They were delicious, as well. Perfectly seasoned and well worth the price.
My experience at Cheesecake Factory was amazing. The wait was long, and it was expensive; however, it was well worth it.
If I were to rate my experience at Cheesecake Factory, it would be a 5/5.
